A spicey open fire discovery of Filipino, Vietnamese and Mediterranean flavors with hands-on demos featuring banana-wrapped fish, goat kebabs, charred dips, and vegetarian dishes that highlight the bounty of the upstate farming community by chefs Caroline Schiff, Woldy Reyes, Allison Kave, and Kevin Thai. A menu to inspire both novice and seasoned home cooks to try their hand at open fire cooking, chefs Ash Fulk, Stephen Yen, Patrice Vassell, and Gabriel Dudley take us on an exploration of seasonal, local and wild ingredients from in & around New York; bellied by the sweet smells of host Crown Maple’s syrup. Guests may also opt to join a private farm tour at nearby Brookby Dairy Farm, before touring Crown Maple’s 800-acre estate with incredible views and a tasting of their portfolio of maple products. #FallIntoTheSeason
