Guests may choose to arrive early in the day to observe the crew building the fire pits, learn about firetending and cookout prep, explore the farm with a guided tour and Crown Maple tasting, or opt to hike the land and work up an appetite. The afternoon program continues with live fire cooking demos, tastings, butchery, unusual pairings and a few unexpected surprises. And as the day fades to evening, guests rejoice in a delicious communal supper.

After fires are lit, guests may explore, hike, or even bring a book and enjoy the shade of a maple tree. Light snacks and drinks are provided. Early Bird attendance is limited.

Fire pit demos with special guest chefs, Emma's Torch, and bonfire culinary crew. Pending the afternoon's theme, demos may include: Butchery, Trussing and Roasting birds, Pairing beverages with Char, Cooking in Embers, Seasoning Cast-Iron, Make Your own Dessert Bar Toppings with Maple syrup and Char, Shucking Oysters & Cooking over Fire.
