Guests are invited to join a farm tour led by host Crown Maple, sample the different syrup varietals produced on the farm, and compete in our quintessential Cocktail Competition with a special bonfire cookout giveaway, before joining the chefs at the fire pit to learn how to prepare a component of the evenings’ dishes.

Chefs Stephen Yen of Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill, Patrice Vassell of CUT NYC, Ash Fulk of Hill Country Barbecue Market, and Gabriel Dudley of Gauchonfire highlight the diversity of the Autumn season with flavors and spices influenced by their own kitchens. Open fire dishes and demos may include:

Johnny Cakes with Early Fall Fruit
Each chef’s demo is approximately 20 minutes and is part of the cook for that evening's supper, so guests will have an opportunity to watch the whole process from fire to fork!
