Join featured chefs Chris Bradley of The Phoenicia Diner, Emily Elsen of Four & Twenty Blackbirds, and the bonfire culinary crew at Crown Maple Estate in Dover Plains, NY.

Doors open at 1pm; tour the farm, sample small bites, wines, beer and cider from our makers and purveyors local to the Atlantic shores that buffer New York State.

Hands on cooking with the chefs begins at 2P (please note whether you would like to participate in hands-on cooking and what area of focus when you book).

The family-meal style feast around the fire is at 4P.

Cookout ends by 6P.

You may help prep and cook the meal to enhance hands-on learning of live fire cooking...just let us know in advance at checkout and we'll have your station ready for you!

You are invited to explore the farm with a guided tour including the complete processing of the 12 varietals of maple syrup including our favorite Applewood Smoked.

You are welcome to sit back with a glass of wine, beer or cider to sample, savor and enjoy a day outdoors overlooking the mountains in an exclusive part of the farm.
