Join featured chef Hillary Sterling of Vic’s New York and the bonfire culinary crew at Crown Maple Estate in Dover Plains, NY.
Doors open at 2pm; tour the farm, sample small bites, wines, beer and cider from our makers and purveyors local to the Hudson Valley.
Hands on cooking with the chefs begins at 3P (please note whether you would like to participate in hands-on cooking and what area of focus when you book).
The family-meal style feast around the fire is at 5P.
Cookout ends by 7P.

You are invited to explore the farm with a guided tour including the complete processing of the 12 varietals of maple syrup including our favorite Applewood Smoked.
You are welcome to sit back with a glass of wine, beer or cider to sample, savor and enjoy a day outdoors overlooking the mountains in an exclusive part of the farm.
