This ticket is valid only for the date and event issued. Paper to Table's bonfire, a chef's cookout and the event hosts, their subsidiaries and affiliates (“the Presenters”) are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or other items of personal property.

Tickets should not be purchased from anyone other than an authorized ticket agent (Eventbrite in 2019). By being admitted, the holder of this ticket expressly agrees that: (1)  The holder agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Presenters, and to accept the direction of the Presenters authorized personnel; (2) This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written permission of the Presenter. (3) Objects likely to endanger persons, or which violate any laws, ordinance or regulations are not allowed on the event property, and may be removed from the property.

ALL SALES FINAL/NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES
THIS TICKET WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL TICKETS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
The Presenters accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for event cancellation or interruption because of inclement weather or other acts beyond its control. The Presenters do not refund for cancellation due to inclement weather or other acts beyond its control.

LIVE FIRE DISCLAIMER

The safety of our guests, chefs, crew and venue is of the utmost concern. Any directives given to guests by The Presenter's staff at the event is for the safety and security of all, and must be strictly adhered to. Any failure to do so will result in immediate ejection from the event. No refund will be given to Holder.  

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

The Presenter has made every best effort to accommodate diverse palates with each cookout’s menu. The event menus are planned with experimentation and exploration of different ingredients and cooking styles intended, and may not be able to accommodate those with severe food allergies. Smoke and char are components of most dishes. Please direct questions to info@bonfirecookout.com.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
Please bring valid government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport for proof of age. Children under 6 years old accompanied by an adult are permitted free of charge if ticket holder notifies Presenter in advance by emailing info@bonfirecookout.com. 

NO PETS
For the safety of all parties, no pets or animals are permitted at the event unless they are a designated service animal. Presenter must be notified in advance in writing to info@bonfirecookout.com.

RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, VOICE, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS
By using this ticket, Holder grants The Presenter and its affiliates and licensees the irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to publish, print, display, record and use (by photograph, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device) the Holder’s first name, voice, image, and likeness while at the event (the “Recordings”), and use such Recordings for any and all purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION OF PRODUCTS
As responsible members of the community, The Presenter recognizes the concern about drinking and driving, and its policy is to encourage responsible consumption of products. Presenter reserves the right to restrict alcohol consumption of any guest at any time for the safety of themselves and others. If Holder believes that his/her driving ability may be impaired or that Holder cannot safely operate a motor vehicle, please use an alternate form of transportation.
